My first career has been in Physical Therapy, but now I am focusing on my second career as a Holistic Health Coach. Drawing from my 30 years of experience in the traditional medical model, I realized that people struggling with physical conditions had more than physical issues. I have added training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, to give me a foundation for body, mind and spirit care. I have expanded on this training through multiple continuing education seminars on health and wellness, the impact of mental and emotional health on our body and vice versa. I have sought out spiritual training and healing sessions. My own journey to health involved changing my diet, exercise, revising self beliefs, doing some deep forgiveness and spiritual healing work, as well as changing my work habits. I had to learn boundaries and self care, really learning to care for my whole self. I was aided by medical doctors, a licensed counselor, support from friends, my church family and my biological family. Since 2012, I have been on a journey of healing and health, now I want to help you live a rich and abundant life too.

Learn to NOURISH your whole self…body, mind and spirit. What you consume (eat, drink, breathe, see, hear, experience) and how you process it (feel, think, believe) matters for your health and wellness. All programs begin with a FREE 30 minute consultation. Once you sign up for a program, we will discuss your goals and together move forward. One on one health coaching typically meets twice monthly for 50 minutes. Coaching can include hands-on practice (shopping, cooking, exercises, prayer, breath practices, etc.) as well as self reflection. Each session you decide what 1-3 concepts you want to incorporate over the next 2 weeks to see how it impacts you. This works best as a 6-month program to allow time for you to make gradual, lasting lifestyle changes. A three month program is also available. My goal is to meet you where you are and equip, encourage, and support you on your journey towards your health and wellness goals.
