Carmen Eby

LPCA

Carmen desires to assist her clients in their healing journey by creating a safe place for them to explore their story. She uses Attachment Theory and Emotion Focused Therapy to help her clients understand their unmet longings in their early relationships as well as work through the negative experiences that have threatened their sense of connection with others. Carmen graduated from Asbury Theological Seminary with her masters in Mental Health Counseling. In her clinical experience, she has worked with struggling adolescents in foster care and their foster parents as well as women in recovery from addiction and sexual trauma. Carmen is currently seeing clients 16 years old and older including families and couples. She has worked with those struggling with grief, relationship issues, addiction, anxiety, depression, and issues related to identity. When Carmen isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, reading, and playing volleyball.
