Danielle is a Michigan native who, after relocating to Kentucky in 2007, completed her graduate education training at the University of Kentucky, where she earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice in the family nurse practitioner track in 2012.

Inspired by her experiences providing primary care services in a Healthcare for the Homeless Clinic and Community Mental Health Center in Eastern Kentucky, she completed the psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner post graduate certificate program at the University of Kentucky in 2016.

Since 2016, she has been practicing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and has experiences in a wide variety of clinical outpatient settings. She has extensive experience working with vulnerable and underserved populations and is passionate about social justice and improving the quality of life for her patients.

Her practice is centered on providing a safe and supportive environment, always emphasizing compassion and an evidence-based psychopharmacological approach which focuses on the whole person.
