Eva’s counseling style is an integrative approach using Person-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Eva is currently seeing young adult clients experiencing concerns with stress, anxiety, life transitions, depression, self-esteem, and coping skills.

Originally from Southeastern Kentucky, Eva is a proud Appalachian native and aspires to be a strong mental health advocate for the region. Coming from a rural region herself, Eva understands the struggle for advocating for your mental well-being. Eva welcomes her clients to a safe, supportive, and collaborative environment to work on bettering themselves. Through a collaborative approach, Eva works closely with her clients to help them achieve their counseling goals.

In her free time, Eva can be found at home spending time with her husband and cats. Eva enjoys listening to music, watching movies and tv shows, and painting. Eva also enjoys spending time with her family and being outside in nature.
