Jeremy Arnold
Intern
Jeremy Arnold is in the last year of his M.A. in Mental Health Counseling and previously completed a Master of Divinity, both from Asbury Theological Seminary. Before starting his career in counseling, Jeremy worked in church ministries for 20 years as an Associate Pastor, Youth Pastor, and Worship Leader. Jeremy often utilizes Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT) as a preferred model for counseling. ACT is a well-worn path to help people dealing with issues of anxiety, depression, OCD and problematic behaviors. Jeremy is passionate about helping people clarify their values and live rich meaningful lives. When Jeremy is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids.
