Molly graduated with her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary. She is a dedicated mental health counselor with a passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges through a holistic, client-centered approach.
She works with a wide range of concerns, including identity formation, eating disorders, anxiety, grief, depression, relationship challenges, and spiritual trauma. With an empathetic and collaborative approach, Molly prioritizes each client’s personal goals and needs, fostering a space where they feel seen, heard, understood, and supported throughout their healing journey.
Drawing from her experience in trauma-informed care and play therapy, Molly tailors her approach to meet each client’s unique needs, providing personalized and compassionate support. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, person-centered therapy, and attachment theory in her practice. Molly is currently accepting clients ages 11 and up.
Outside of her work, Molly enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new restaurants, staying active in the gym, and playing tennis and pickleball.
